Qualification
Benedict graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Buckingham, England in 1996. In 1999, he pursued a Masters of Science from the University of Reading, majoring in Risk Management, Financial Operations and Securities Regulations.

Year of Admission
Benedict was called to the English Bar in 1996 and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1998.

Work Experience
Benedict was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1998. He commenced his legal career with a reputable medium-sized local firm where he specialised in both civil and criminal litigation.

In 2004, Benedict was invited to be the Honorary Legal Advisor of the Junior Chamber of Singapore, City Chapter.
