Qualification
Diana graduated with an LLB from the University of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia in 2006. After being admitted as an Australian Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria at the end of 2007, she started her career in Singapore in July 2008.

Work Experience
Diana was previously involved in white collar criminal litigation, probate and regulatory compliance in Harry Elias Partnership. She currently undertakes commercial and corporate litigation work under a Senior Director. Diana has represented clients or assisted in matters that included contested estate matters ,tenancy disputes , employment disputes, breaches of commercial contracts ,shareholders’/directors’ disputes, tortuous claims and in particular, assisted a litigation Senior Director in a Court of Appeal commercial litigation suit.
