Work Experience
Singapore Legal Service from 1970 to 1991.  Served with the Attorney-General’s Chamber as Senior State Counsel and was responsible for major fraud and tax evasion cases.  Set up the CAD (Commercial Affairs Department) from 1984 to 1991 and was its Director.  Was involved in civil and criminal litigation including Insider trading and security fraud.  Has undertaken a variety of civil and commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate jurisdictions.  Served as Counsel to the then Prime Minister.

Served on the senate of the Academy of Law; taught at all institutional levels of Training at the National University of Singapore.
