Work Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Vassu was the Senior Legal Counsel in Tyco International Asia Inc, the Asian HQ of an American MNC.  He gained a multi disciplinary and diverse experience and expertise in the Asian region through Tyco’s businesses and policies.  He also managed and supervised Tyco’s litigation in Asia.
He has also conducted extensive in-house training, and spoken at several law, business and commercial forums as speaker and/or panellist throughout his legal career.
Vassu started his career at a leading Singapore law firms in 1994.  He handled and assisted in a wide range of litigation and arbitrations.  In the year 2000, he joined yet another established local firm as a Partner, handling a comprehensive range of the firm’s corporate and commercial services.
Vassu’s experience in corporate and civil litigation enables him to provide advice with foresight and commercial acumen and to take a practical business view on corporate matters.

Vassu read law at the University of London and graduated with a LLB (Hons) degree in 1992.  He was admitted as Barrister-at-Law of the Middle Temple in 1993.  In 1994, he was called to the Singapore Bar
